We have a new set of tools available for designing linkages based on topographic-soil land facets. These tools provide a method to complement traditional corridor design techniques in order to better plan for impending climate change.

Our paper on conducting uncertainty analysis for wildland linkages was just published in Ecological Applications. Our approach to uncertainty analysis (which can be called a worst-case scenario approach) is appropriate for complex models in which distribution of the input parameters cannot be specified.
